How it works

Bringing AI into a business shouldn’t mean a big, risky commitment up front. So we don’t work that way. We start small, prove it on something real, and only build from there once you’ve seen it work.

  1. 1

    A free 30-minute call

Start with a conversation — no charge, no pitch, no jargon. You tell us what your week looks like and where the time's going; we tell you honestly whether we can help, and roughly what that might look like. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

  2. 2

Discovery — we learn how the work really runs

If it makes sense to go further, we dig in properly. We work with whoever's sponsoring the project to find the people who actually do the work, and we learn from them directly — how the task really flows today, where the time goes, what's working and what isn't. You can't fix a workflow you don't understand, so we understand it first. This is where the real plan comes from: what to tackle, what it'll take, and what it's worth.

  3. 3

A pilot — prove it on one real thing

Rather than ask you to bet on a big build, we start with one workflow — the painful, recurring one — and get it working. You see it run on your actual work, with your people, before there's any talk of doing more. If it earns its place, you keep it and we go further. If it doesn't, you've risked very little.

  4. 4

    Roll it out

Once the pilot's proven, we build it out properly and fit it into how your team actually works — connected to the tools you already use, shaped around your day, not the other way around.

  5. 5

    Make it stick

A tool nobody uses is worse than no tool at all. This is the part most firms skip and the part we care about most. We train your people on what we've built — meeting them where they are, in the language of their work — and stay until they're genuinely using it, not just nodding along.

  6. 6

    We're still here after

Your work changes, and what we build should change with it. We stay available to keep things running, adjust as your needs shift, and take on the next workflow when you're ready. You're not left holding software you can't maintain.

Not sure where you’d start?

That’s what the first call is for. Tell us what’s eating your time, and we’ll help you figure out the first step.
